Supply Chain Transparency: We will proactively communicate with our suppliers and request information regarding the presence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the materials, articles, or products we procure. We will ensure that any SVHC present are reported if their concentration exceeds 0.1% by weight.

Substitution and Alternatives: We will actively explore and consider alternative substances or materials that are safer and less harmful to human health and the environment, where feasible.

Information Sharing: We will share relevant information concerning substances, their properties, and their safe use with downstream users, customers, and end-users, to promote responsible and safe handling.

Compliance with Restrictions: Even though our business activities do not necessitate compliance with specific restrictions set forth by REACH, we will refrain from using or supplying any substances listed in Annex XVII that are restricted or banned by REACH.

Continuous Improvement: We will regularly review and update our internal processes and policies to align with evolving best practices in chemical management and to ensure ongoing compliance with the principles of REACH.

By implementing these measures, we aim to uphold the spirit of REACH and contribute to the overall objectives of protecting human health and the environment from hazardous substances.

We understand that compliance with REACH is an ongoing process, and we are committed to remaining vigilant in our efforts to ensure chemical safety within our operations. If any changes occur in our business activities that may require us to fall under the scope of REACH, we will promptly initiate the necessary actions to fulfill our obligations.
